I read the instructions in the booking that travellers must contact the property at least 24 hours before check in - which is 1 pm to 2.30 pm! I tried to contact a number I found on the website (not provided with booking) which reached an answer phone without an option to leave a message nor text. Super schön und neu Wir fühlten uns gleich super wohl Die Lagen ist sehr gut , da man sehr viel Fußläufig machen kann 👍 Was ich leider sehr schade fand, das andere Gäste auf unsere Etage keine Rücksicht auf andere genommen haben 2 Tage lang wurden immer spät Abends die Türen geknallt und rum gerannt mit einer extremen Lautstärke."
