"We booked 2 rooms (Family and Standard) and we were very happy with our choices. The bed hugs u like a dream - seriously, the rooms were very clean and nice (Felt like home). The staff were all friendly with a welcoming smile no matter how many times they see you throughout the day and breakfast was amazing. Definetly going back!"

"A fantastic hotel. The rooms we very clean. We had a great view from our room, looking out over the waterfront, with snow covered hills in the background. However, I believe that some rooms looked inwards over the hotel lobby. The hotel is spotleiclean and the huge hotel lobby has many features. The staff were supremely helpful and friendly, but at the fear of singling one in particular out - a big shout out to Olga, for whom nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is just a little way out of downtown Reykjavik, but there are 2 bus stops nearby, and the bus ride is only a few minutes into the centre. If I go back to Reykjavik in the future, then without hesitation, this is the hotel I would look to book."
