“We stayed in the top apartment with private hot tub. The hot tub was lovely and warm. It was nice and warm in the apartment with under floor heating and very clean. Had everything you'd need and the coffee machine and pods were a nice touch. Nice big tv and very modern. Had a washer and dryer too, which would have been handy to know before I came (Could have packed less and washed stuff there, save us bringing so many bags!) It was in a good place close to the centre with a supermarket right...

“The location, parking and the room was all good. Open kitchen to use utensils and free coffee and hot chocolate was a bonus.”

“Unreliable, rude, unhelpful staff and shortage of towels. One staff said I can keep my luggage on the messages but that day there is no one who keeps my luggage. I called the phone. Another staff takes the phone, they can't keep the luggage and yelled at me that who is it( about keeping luggage). There are so many stories but it is too long story. Shortly l, they confused their policy and yelled at me but never apologizeed it. Lastly, I'm not a good English speaker. When I didn't undersatnd...
