I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!”

“this place was amazing the rooms are very clean, very quiet the owners were just as great they were nice, attentive, positive and very outgoing. they served us with great breakfast gave us a tour of everything and showed us the horses! overall this stay is a must if you are wanting to stay somewhere i would 100% recommend here i will def be booking again”

“The property is in a convenient location on Route 209, minutes from Milford and Port Jervis. The room was clean, and I appreciated the fact that it had a fridge and a microwave. The heat was good and the water pressure was good as well. ”

“Very unassuming spot right off a main road but once you enter the room you are taken aback by how cute and cozy it is! Staff was helpful via message when we had an issue with the AC (which was definitely our tech novice, not the actual unit). Nice option if you need a quick overnight in the area. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. We Loved the owners Mark and Carol!...

“Beautiful setting. The Lounge area and fireplace were perfect for a winter stay. The history of the building gave it an extra layer of interest. The rooms were unique, a nice mix of modern industrial and comfort. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, loved the view of the snowy waterfall. We’d love to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor decks. ”
