The front desk at Check in was terrible. We got there at 11:30am and never had to wait for a room. However this day with maybe 30 couples we had to wait until 3pm for our room. The place really down sized and some of the amenities were run down and could use up dating thru out. Dinner was very good and staff was excellent! However salad bar had many gnats all over the salad. Room could use a really cleaning. Jets in the hot tub were very gross! Public pool and hot tub area had no towels. Had to wait 30 mins for maintenance to come with 2 towels. The deer and lake was the best park of the trip. This would be our 8th time going in the 20 years together and probably our last.
