The room and property was clean. My son and I had a lot of fun at the water park. The only down side to that was for the amount of travelers they get, there was not enough of double tubes for families to enjoy with and because of that my son barely used any of the slides. It looked like most of the slides were closed anyway. Bowling alley wasn’t fun at all but everything else was. Food is a bit overpriced. Overall, definitely recommend.

The room was not clean when we got there! There was tissues on the floor by the toilet. The wall when you first walk into the bathroom was dirty! There was stains on my pillows and lots of dust! Our coffee pot cord was cut for some reason but they were very good about replacing it for us in a timely manor! The staff at the front dest when we first got there was very rude when we needed help.

The overall accommodations were great! Definitely very kid friendly. Would recommend booking directly with the hotel especially if there marry be last minute changes. If booking with Expedia do not do split payments as you will not be able to make any changes to your reservation if that’s the case. We had severe weather coming in and could not make any changes. We ended up just going because we had already paid for half. Unfortunately, as nice as the hotel was we could not enjoy everything because we all got sick.

Room was not cleaned up. Found wrapping paper and tape on the mirror...looks like was decorated before. Mirror with stains. Staff was friendly for the most part.....but some people with attitude. The water park in good condition. Food on the other side horrible. Bad quality. Some of our group went to wawa....way better. Expensive and cheap quantity. Next time i will avoid completely.

Everything was great when it came to the hotel and the great people and the service there. The only thing that was not good was it was just so cold for our kids in the water Park with like the air circulating was strong and made it feel really really cold that my kids would comeplain and wanted to leave .
