Not quite the same….

Stayed here for the second year but standards have definitely changed - no chance to get a table for any dinners - told could do fondue instead but then told have to book that two days before …. Large event on whilst there and staff seemed much less interested in our stay. Bit of a shame given the great time had a year before

Wonderful stay just a few snags

Stunning hotel, very comfortable rooms and social area. Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. Table football was broken and many of the board games had missing pieces. Shame as it’s a great idea. Room 310 is directly below the kitchen so expect to be kept awake until 2am with banging and clattering, luckily I brought ear plugs! The spa was wonderful, extra warm outdoor pool, but after just 10 minutes in the water they closed the pool due to snow and we were offered 25% refund but when it’s £100 for a family of 4 for 3 hours, who just wanted the outdoor pool this was very disappointing. The indoor pool is very small and was uncomfortably packed and noisy. Didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as was much more expensive than anywhere else in the village so we just ate out, there are plenty of options. Location in 50 paces from the front door to the sports centre ski hire shop and drag lift, ultra convenient, we loved this! Breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of options as with most Norwegian hotels. The dining area is spacious and very comfortable with great views. Staff were all very friendly, professional and accommodating.

Helt greit, fint hotell med gode tilbud av alt. Sengene er derav veldig harde og har groper i seg, det er tidvis mye lydlekkasje inn i rommene, så man hører alt ganske greit, dører som smelles igjen og tramping fra etasje over.

Flott hotell med mange aktivitets muligheter. Flere mat muligheter. God middag på restauranten og nydelig pizza i baren. Synes det var noe dyrt å få inngang på pool /spa når man allerede har betalt en del for å overnatte, ca 700kr for å få tilgang for 2 stk. Prisen kunne vært rimeligere for gjester.

To netter med venninne og hunden hennes. Nydelig atmosfære og god mat. Spa avdelingen var nydelig og akkurat etter mitt behov da jeg er gravid og trengte varmt basseng, men ikke kunne sitte i boblebad og badstue. Alt i alt et nydelig opphold med god service og fin atmosfære.
