Dear Guests, We are very sorry that we could not exceed your expectations for your holiday. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for your evaluation and the time you have invested in it. We would have been happy if you had contacted us during your stay. Our guest service team, as well as the whole management team is always at your disposal and has an open ear for concerns and suggestions for improvement. Should you have informed us on the spot, we could have arranged to add a softer mattress for the bed and extra pillows as well. Kindly be informed that food is served starting with 7 am until 17:00, and again from 19:00 until 21:30. Every day we have different dishes, as well as a Cretan corner in the main restaurant that every day serves authentic Cretan recipes. As we are operating during a pandemic and have to follow a set of rules, indeed the number of sunbeds was reduced in order to keep a safe distance for our guests. Even though our staff team is trying to prevent guests from reserving the sunbeds, we cannot police them. We hope that you have nevertheless taken something positive from your holiday and we would be delighted if you would give us another opportunity to convince you of our capabilities.

Here in Dessole Dolphin Bay Resort we are on the path of being more ecological and more mindful when it comes to plastic waste, thus we have switched from small single use toiletries to refillable wall pumps, with an eco label product that has an environmental license, recycled packaging and is not tested on animals. Regarding the power station, it is a well known fact that here in Ammoudara for the past 50 years there is the power station that provides electricity for the entire island. Since it is not close to our Resort, the smoke is not reaching our premises so it is not bothersome, just visible from a lateral view. Best regards, Andreea Irimia Guest Relations

As you know our Resort is surrounded by rich vegetation with green gardens, trees and lovely flowers, thus very rarely we encounter the presence of very few unharmful small insects.
