Great location and within walking distance of attractions, shopping, food, buses. Staff extremely attentive in the lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast fantastic selection and variety every day of stay. Room and balcony overlooking the marina etc. wonderful.Would stay there again.

This is a great location close to the port and easy quick access to the Airport too. Not easy with a car but great for a Port or Airport arrival. Very helpful friendly staff and a nice coffee and tea facility in the lobby. The 6th floor terrace offers a great view and breakfast.

Well located, reasonably priced hotel, with comfortable but basic rooms. Highlight is the top floor breakfast room with great views over the harbor. Rooms have small, but pleasant, balconies. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a car, and one can park temporarily outside the hotel while unloading, and then drive to the nearby (5 mins walk) public parking by the harbor which costs 8 Euros for 24 hours.

Great view overlooking the harbour. Very close to the old town and easy to walk to. The nights are a bit noisy even with all the windows and doors closed with the AC on.

The location is good, near the harbor and the bus stations both to the airport and Knossos. The sea view room is really an amazing sea view one. The breakfast is much better than I expected. You could make fresh orange juice by yourself.

Our room was a good size and the property was convenient to the airport. No shuttle and taxi was 15 euro each way. The room was not very clean. Tap water is not drinkable & no bottle water was provided without a cost. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Staff were helpful in arranging our early morning taxi to the airport.

Decent hotel within walking distance of the old town, Venetian port as well as the central bus station. Very friendly staff and the the room was comfortable and had a nice large balcony, but the level of cleanliness was not ideal: when we arrived to our room there were hairs stuck in the pillow covers and sheets and the bathroom had some mold in the shower and dust on the toilet and sink. The towels however were clean and got changed every 2 days. The breakfast was tasty albeit quite limited in terms of options, however on the last day we had the surprise of finding mold on a rice pudding... So overall an okay experience and a very convenient location, although the hotel would definitely benefit from a higher level of attention when it comes to cleaning.
