I loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the staff was very friendly. I also hadn’t noticed when booking that breakfast would be included so that was a great surprise. AC worked and the room was very clean. The only thing I would improve are the showers. Other than that I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

Aircon fantastic & space appropriate, had quiet setting & sleep timer best I've used in a hotel for years. Had kettle, coffee, good new frig, bathroom small but worked, only missed a hook for hand held shower. Had my own balcony with drying line, fitted with nice metal dark shutters for late sleeping. Far exceeded expectation, great location. Recently stayed in the next door newer hotel but these facilities worked very well

The Mirabello is a small family-run hotel. They work hard and with pride. Rooms are immaculate and it is in a very quiet area in old town with two excellent local-folk family tavernas just a few steps away and around the corner. A very budget friendly and safe place to stay in the heart of old town Heraklion.
