Very basic stay, which was perfect for my short term stay for the Olympics. The bed in the room was decent, despite some stains on the sides but the linens were clean and fresh. The people hanging around outside were just a tad sketchy who appeared to be locals not guests. Despite that, I did not have any issues otherwise. I parked my rental car for two days and left with no issues. The staff were wonderful and very friendly and the check-in process was very easy.

The staff is at a real minimal with much of the time at the hotel being self managed. The hotel is popular with contractors, which can mean a lot of vans parked outside. The rooms really lack light as the window is small, without net seriously impairing your privacy, which is tough to deal with in the heat. The area is good however.

Very bad place, i wouldn't call it a hotel. It was a pigs pen. Very bad customer service. The air conditioner wasn't working. The room had a bad smell.

We enter the hotel Premiere Classe Herblay. After we see the room and around very dirt and toilet & toilet door were defect and terrible athmoshere because of smooks. We informed, that we can not stay with my daugther in this hotel. Because of them, we recommended the back paying after first day. The manager (lady) was next morning very unfrienly, rude and angry. And did not pay any money back. We left that terrible hotel and went to B&B hotel to stay that last 3 days.(with reservation of Expedia)

Assez déçue de mon séjour, les deux premières nuits dans une chambre vraiment en état à limite du lamentable et les autres nuits la chambre n'était pas beaucoup mieux... Le seul avantage LE PRIX mais ça n'excuse pas tout, cet hôtel commence de ressembler plus à un foyer de SDF qu'à un hôtel

Petit déjeuner qui ressemble à une mauvaise blague : ni pâte à tartiner (pourquoi pas) pas de beurre. Du pain sec ou un morceau de 4/4 avec de la confiture (je n’ai pas regardé s’il en restait. Un client a même jeté l’éponge et décidé de ne pas le prendre. Chambre mal entretenue ; scotch sur les interrupteurs de lampes, seuils de la salle de douche non fixé… Pas cher. À 30 min de la défense Arena

Lors de mon séjour plusieurs points qui on compliqué mon séjour. Le premiers point la porte que ne ce déverrouille la chambre obligé d'attendre le monsieur de la réception pour venir ouvrir. Par la suite pas de serviette disponible dans la chambre et dernier point j'ai trouvé des insectes (cafard) dans la chambre. Sans oublier que la télévision de ma chambre (numero 60) était abîmé au milieu de l'écran
