"This has to be the nicest hotel in Ercolano. We have been traveling and staying at hotels throughout Italy. This one was my favorite. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ercolano or Pompeii. Its near the train station and the stop/ pick up for the express shuttle for Mount Vesuvius. "

"If you want to be treated like a king/queen, come here. It was a little hick up to check in, but it was partially my fault since it was a last min reservation, and I came 30 min later. Anyways, after that everything was just great. Coffee and light breakfast in the morning at my convenience. R/t to very nice restaurant free of charge. Free lift to public transportation. "The mini fridge never was cold. I was told that it would be swapped out with another one. But, it never was. The room was clean and had air conditioning. It was quiet sometimes. It was located in a condominium complex. It was more of a BNB than a hotel as there were 4 rooms. I would stay here again if the fridge was fixed. There was a grocery store down the street and I bought snacks that needed to be refrigerated."

"Nice hotel it is showing signs of its age and would benefit a refresh. Reception staff are brilliant, nothing too much trouble, great for arranging taxis airport transfers. Breakfast very basic. However the Trenitalia station 2mins away is closed for unknown amount of time nothing on web, so you have to travel to Circumvesuviana station which is 15 min up steep hill, to a very shady part of town if you travel back after dark. "

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
