“Clean room, but front desk is understaffed”

“This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton.”

“Had to change to a room with a shower only for disability reasons. Fire alarm close to 10pm didn't help because it was freezing cold outside in the meeting point in th parking lot. Not a fault of the hotel, but thermal blankets from the fire brigade would have been nice”

“Der Check in perAutomat war nicht möglich. Ich erhielt schon wieder keinen Check-in Code von Hotel.com. Glücklicherweise war jemand vor Ort, der uns im System fand und eincheckte. Zwar älterer Hotelkasten, aber tiptop renoviert. Unser Zimmer, da kurzfristig gebucht, war ein Zimmer für körperlich beeinträchtigte Menschen und daher komfortabel gross und barrierefrei. Mit dem Rollstuhl ist das Bett problemlos von allen Seiten her zugänglich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gross, das Bett ebenfalls...
