"Spa was excellent staff was nice and helpfull clean room disapointed with breakfast as you got to pay for cetain things and the eggs and sauce was freezing fruit was nice though "

"Lovely stay and came across the stunning Offa cocktail bar inside. Staff very helpful however a couple of points not so enjoyable- shower over the bath was difficult to work it . No hook on back of the bathroom door it hadn’t been replaced just the marking where the old one had been. Didn’t sleep very well as the quilt was very thin it felt like a summer quilt. No extra blankets in room . Central location for everything is great. "

"5x the original price they charged me due to Cheltenham. Very poor all round. If I paid the original price it wouldn’t have been as bad. Hum out of order, lots of work being done. Just a very disappointing stay. They price they charged was disgraceful "
