Wir hatten eine tolle, erholsame Woche. Das Apartment war sehr schön und für unseren Hund ein Bett mit Willkommenspaket super. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.Mega ist das Frühstück,das lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Spa Bereich habe ich fantastische Anwendungen bekommen und mich rundherum super aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wunderschönes, neues, modernes und helles Hotel. Liebevolle Details bzgl. des Interiors. Nette Gesten wie zum Beispiel ein Hundebett, Napf und ein Willkommens-Snack für den Hund. Das traumhafte Frühstück wird bis 11:00 Uhr angeboten und garantiert einen relaxten Start in den Tag. Außergewöhnlich gute Saft- und Smoothie-Auswahl sowie Sekt. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Einfach lecker! Abends „verwandelt“ sich das Restaurant in ein à la carte Restaurant. Es wird eine kleine, exquisite Auswahl an vorzüglichen Gerichten angeboten. Das spricht für die Qualität und diese hat sich auch bewahrheitet! Danke für die Weinempfehlung. Volltreffer, sage ich da nur!

Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig zur Anreise fertig. Personal in der Küche beim Frühstück bei Anpassungswünschen unfreundlich und es wurde abgelehnt ohne auf mögliche Unverträglichkeiten einzugehen. Zu wenig Platz beim Frühstück und es ist mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Spa-Bereich sehr laut und Kinder planschen im Kneipbecken. Zu wenig Liegen und kaum Erholung durch die Geräuschkulisse.

Potenzial für ein Top-Hotel. Der Übernachtungspreis ist auf jeden Fall schon Top für die Ostsee. Dafür fehlt jedoch die letzte Konsequenz der Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit. Man wünschte sich, dass sich die Investoren für die Hälfe der Zimmeranzahl entschieden hätte. Nur so wäre eine Exklusivität und ein Top-Hotel möglich. Am Ende Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Jedoch fehlen einfach die letzten Prozente um für immer in Erinnerung zu bleiben.

O hotel é incrível, super novo, moderno, com estilo escandinavo, e tem um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tive a oportunidade de degustar. Staff super simpático, rápido Check in e Check out.
