“Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time.”

“At first look it was great till We had bed bugs in are room. Then other room the bathroom sink was flooded and faucets was broken. The staff thats was there move us and said the manager was going to talk to us NEVER seen him. The pool and the hot were out of order. The breakfast they said they had was gone staff could keep up too many people and not enough food.”

“Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin.
