Absolutely everything about our stay was first class. The hotel was exceptional, the food in all restaurants, including buffet was fantastic. So much choice. The staff were also all wonderful. We had a superior double sea front with shared private pool and we could not fault anything about it. We even had the delightful Marina bringing us drinks all day around the pool, she was a delight. Nice rooms, well maintained grounds, clean and comfortable. Staff is great and make you feel welcome, one of the biggest assets . My siblings and I had a pleasant stay at Mitsis Rinela. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurants had a wide variety of food to choose from, and there was entertainment on every night we were there. Definitely a hotel to stay at during a visit to Heraklion.

A convenient mid size resort. Decent food. Amazing beach and big size pool. Pool never gets too crowded. Friendly staff. Only complaint could be lack of staff. Staff seems working long hours and exhausted,They try their best though.

Lovely property. Excellent swim up rooms and clean hotel with good selection of drinks. Our only honest criticism would be the quality of buffet food and range of Greek food which was lacking. The kids pool is substandard and not to the same quality as the pools and facilities elsewhere. Other than that, we had a lovely time and would still return.

This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that.

The hotel was very nice with a very nice beach and a huge selection of restaurants and bars. The a la carte restaurants have been delicious. The service was very satisfying
