Excellent staff !! They were super. Hotel quite basic - good value for money. It's not a resort. Hotel rooms could probably do with a bit more character, but its functional . Just make sure you rent a car, as there are no taxis and there is no food delivery around . Area is quite a let down . Cant compliment the staff enough though they are really super.

Friendly hotel between heraklion and herssonisos.

The hotel is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to heraklion airport, and it is very easy to take a bus to the city or to the airport. There are no stores or restaurants nearby. It is in an isolated and quiet place. For some it is an advantage, for some it is a problem. The pool is very nice. Breakfast is nice and rich. Dinner is sometimes served as a buffet, and sometimes served as a menu a la carte, but the choice is poor. We enjoyed a lot, and we recommend this hotel because of its fair price, nice location and friendly staff.

I highly recommend this place. The modern design, spacious and functional rooms, and the exceptionally friendly staff make for a great stay. The 24/7 availability of the staff and the well-organized breakfast with a rich buffet are added bonuses that truly enhance the experience.

Staff was amazing and always there to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time the entire ten days we were there. View was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend having a car to enjoy all the local restaurants and beaches.

The hotel itself was clean and the Food was really good. The only problem is the Location. Theres No Shuttle Service to the Beach. You Walk for about 20 minutes to get there. The Beach is very nice though. Other than that and a few Cafés Theres nothing around the area and you either need to Rent a car or depend on the busses which are always Late.

There were too many stray cats around the dining area, my wife is allergic to cats/ the Hotel management has not taken this into consideration. At any given time there are approximately 10 cats during breakfast. The management will have to managed this.

Good but will not go back again!

Service is good, breakfast is good, and in general it's clean.. But before you go, this hotel does not have twin beds rooms only double bed. I was with my son and asked for twin, the answer was this hotel have only double rooms! The second thing is the shower , when you take shower the water filled all the bathroom because there is a glass on one side but it's open without anything on the other side! Also,you can hear everything in the corridor and the other room maybe because there is a connection door, but people in that room came after 1 am and was talking very loudly,we woke up and could not go back to sleep, this happens 2 nights! Simply I will not go again!

Vasia Royal Hotel

Vi bodde på Vasia Royal Hotel i 9 dager. Rommet var fint og rent. A/C var helt suveren. Selve hotellet virket også veldig rent. Bemanningen på hotellet var veldig trivelig. Bassengene ute kunne trengt en vask, da det begynte å bli en del grus og lort. Vi så ikke at de gjorde rent disse under oppholdet vårt på 9 dager. Frokosten på hotellet er enkel, men veldig god. Avstander til restauranter og butikker er veldig stor, så hvis man ikke ønsker å gå langt langs hovedveier så kan det være lurt å låne seg en bil.

Diese Unterkunft ist sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, nur die Büfett ist kleinen und das gleiche, die Lage ist bis weiter vor Geschäft und Restaurants, aber gibt eine Bus Haltestelle direkt von Hotel, Mann kann bis nächste Orte wo Restaurant und Supermarkt und paar geschafft ist, oder mit dem Bus bis Flughafen oder Bus direkt fahren,wo der Busbahnhof ist dort gibt sehr schöne Restaurants und Gaststätten und viele interessante Sachen, Mann muss Stück nach der Busbahnhof in der Richtunghinter der Mauer, das ist sehr schön die ist nicht der selbe Ort wo das Hotel ist! aber den Bus fährt dort, Heraklion, außerdem Man kann auch in anderen Richtung in anderen Strand fahren,vor Hotel zu Fuß ist im 20 Minute in die Strände, sehr sauber.

A l’écart des grands sites touristiques. Parfait.

Hôtel idéal pour des famille ou des couples en quête de tranquillité. A 15/25 min des sites touristiques tel que Chersonisos et Malia, il est indispensable d’avoir un moyen de locomotion au risque de se contenter de Gourdes pas très alléchant. Les chambres sont très propres et le personnel est très à l’écoute. Le seul bémol que je mettrai est l’environnement qui n’est pas très jolie mais qui n’enlève en rien la qualité des services et des prestations. Enfin belle piscine et petit-déjeuner copieux, dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de spécialités locales.
