"My family was looking forward to this stay because it was a waterpark and the hotel looked beautiful online, very false advertising because when we arrived it was absolutely disgusting! Hot tub was cold and full of slim; the lazy river was circling a pool that was completely green and scummy; the big slides advertised were not even assembled no slides to even go down for my older kids this was very disappointing after a long day of travel. Then the little kids play area was so full of slim going up the steps and it had scum on all parts of the slides; one pool was ok, but not worth the cost of $173 what a joke.... "

"Room interior was nicely renovated but bathroom needs updating. Pool and hot tub area not connected so have to walk outside to get there. Pool building needs some work and the pool/hot tub needed to be cleaned. Fire pits and smores on the beach were a wonderful surprise. The staff was great and very friendly."

"Breakfast was very very LOW quality food. I tried buy water in the Vending machine, paid for it, the bottle did not come out, it got stock and guy at the reception told me I have to call the company myself. I was not going to waist my time calling for $2-3 drink. When we made the reservation there was a bonus a free ride for 2, when we got there initially the guy at reception did not have idea what it was and then he said it is not working at this time. Staff not very friendly. Even through it was close to the ferry port as we wanted, I would NOT pick this hotel in the future."
