“A nice little boutique style resort minutes from the airport. We loved the ‘Jurassic Park’ style doors surrounded by waterfalls that opens for you when entering and leaving. Good food and great drinks, the bed and rooms are nice and comfy. Excellent hotel to stay at while visiting the greater Tampa area.”

“This property leaves a lot be desired. please see what was shared with property management. Foul smell of mold and smoking was present towels were unclean communication was thru email only Bathrooms showed it age and lack of cleanliness. This is aged and run down apartment unit dressed up to hide the short coming.”

“Excellent customer service- everyone was really nice and accommodating and location was perfect near the hospital. My only down fall was the room could have been cleaner (ex: the floors had crumbs) and beds were hard and pillows were flat but this could have been just our experience. All in all good place for a quick trip.”

“The location was ideal but the hotel didn’t clean my room everyday and didn’t even refresh my towels. I had to go to the front desk to drop off dirty towels and request clean towels. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid. Front parking was difficult with and adjacent business employees sharing the parking area during the day.”

“This was the third time we stood there and we saw dogs in the property but dogs by the restaurant and walking by the pool it not right let suppose someone is allergic to dogs and they put a couple there in that room . Don’t think I would stay there again very disappointed. And the young man at the front desk was a little rude at time.”
