Staff was great, parking was hard, room was outdated, very few lights, bed had huge footboard that made it impossible to see the tv, bathtub had jacuzzi jets which was nice but didn't look clean enough to relax in. Very nice that there is a separate restaurant attached to the hotel with pretty good food! Only stayed one night - it wasn’t bad (bed was comfortable, sheets were clean) but it wasn’t the best either.

The restaurant had great food. The staff at the hotel were amazing however the pictures on the website don't match the appearance of the rooms. This is a hidden gem with wonderful rooms, fantastic cafe off the lobby frequented by locals who know a great thing, and an accommodating staff. Our only choice while in Tampa just minutes from the airport and at surprisingly affordable prices.

The staff was so friendly and the building is so beautiful. I love the neighborhood and restaurants nearby as well. I made a great choice. The pool is closed until May and the elevator doesn’t work right now. But because of the staff I love the hotel anyway.

I love this property. The room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Great location. We stayed here 2 nights. They clean the room and changed tower and bed sheet. High recommended. Definitely come back.
