“We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Kitanoya. Everything was to perfection. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths. You can sit under a canopy of trees and enjoy nature! Our spacious room had a picture-perfect view of the bay. The food was stupendous. Fresh, varied, and yummy. The staff are very professional and pleasant. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. The location is just a 6-minute walk to the station, and the hotel also provides a shuttle. I didn't want to leave!”

“really good facility, close to the water front which i love and in between several areas of interest that you can walk to. The showers and baths were an added bonus as we didnt know that it would include the hot bath, really good to come back to that after a long day. Staff was super friendly and there was a music venue right next door, although we had other things we wanted to do so we weren't able to go. “大力推薦服務人員的服務，雖然櫃台不會英語，但是，還是拿出翻譯機來說明，住宿當天有雪燈祭，因為沒有事先預定停車服務，請問了服務人員後，她居然願意帶我們過去(走路30分鐘），本以為是送我們過去而已，想不到還主動詢問何時要來接，真是感動另外，住宿房間外就能看到潺潺流水，也太棒了”

“Très bon ryokan. La famille qui le tient est adorable et nous avons été soignés comme des coqs en pâte. Le bâtiment n'est pas un hôtel, mais un ryokan avec les caractéristiques correspondantes. Pour les - : un peu loin de Amano hashidate que nous étions venus visiter, bâtiment sonore (comme souvent), toilettes partagées Pour les + : accueil adorable, très belle décoration, propre (comme souvent également), tarif très raisonnable, bain partagé petit mais agréable. Je le recommande :)”
