“Guy was super rude and didn’t give me my room I reserved a week prior because he didn’t want to clean the room!”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed there and the hotel canceled our room due to some reason they didn’t know. Also reserved a room with two queens but since the cancellation ended up with one with only one bed. Won’t be staying there anymore.”

“For the most part room was clean but the sheets on one of our queen beds was dirty had snot on one corner of the sheets and stains which we removed before bed. But Laurel the front desk clerk was AMAZING she was very accommodating with extra towels and wash cloths we needed she has a very great attitude bubbly personality and was a pleasure to talk to thanks Laurel for such a pleasant stay for my son's college graduation your the BEST keep up your amazing attitude and smile. “Second time staying here in the last year. Fairly new however the upkeep could be better. Faucets leaking in bathroom with slight smell from water. Shower shampoo and conditioner were in wrong containers that are premounted. Advertised dog friendly however there’s no place allowing for bathroom use near the building.”

“Everything seemes pretty good during most of the day. The pool was not available and dirty but we understand if it wasn't available although we expected to use it when we reserved. The room looked clean enough with usefful ameneties like mini fridge, microwave, Iron with its board. The problem was when we tried to fall asleep and we found a cricket in our slippers, then a tiny roach in the bathroom and shortly after a beetle crawling on the carpet next to our bed.
