Good hotel and reasonable price including free breakfast. But it is a little bit far from Sendai. If you have a car and visit Oku-Sendai (Turistic place) or JASDF Matsushima base (Air show), its location is excellent. Just 300m from highway exit of Yamoto IC.
Great value. They were able to accommodate my food allergy for breakfast in the morning, and were very kind to us. Hotel has a smoking room, washer and dryer, and a beer vending machine. What more could you ask for? We had a great experience. Well-kept hotel, great amenities.
The Hotel is a business hotel with many rooms. It was clean and the buffet breakfast was good. Staff was attentive and helped us to call a taxi to go to the Historical Museum of Jomon Village Oku-Matsushima. We were four people, therefore we booked two rooms to ensure each person had a bed. If you walk 7-10 minutes, you will reach to the Aeon Town stores, they have a Toys r’Us, 2nd street, Daiso, huge farmacy, and huge supermarket (Big Yamoto). There are two restaurants near that area as well. We stayed here after visiting the Ishinomori Manga Museum. The nearest train station is the JR Yamoto Station, but you need to take a taxi as it is a long walk to the Hotel.
This is a rather popular commuter hotel between north and south of Japan. You see a lot of high school students staying overnight en route to their competitions. Nice staff and breakfast included which is nice. Walking distance to supermarket and Daiso.
Nice little reststop with all the amenities you might need either in the hotel or close by. Nice direction of vending machines in the lobby. Beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.
To be honest, this town has limited hotels and I saw both business travellers and families on holiday during breakfast.
Shopping and restaurants are just beside the hotel, less then 5 mins walk away
