“We enjoyed our stay at this all inclusive hotel / resort. The meals were great infact I feel there was just too much to eat, lots of varieties to choose from with various activities and on site market on Thursdays was a hit with me. My children loved the aquapark and we also used the facilities of tbe tour booking which was great to have on site. I also loved the onsite shop which meant I was able to buy souvenirs. I used the gym which was great! The facilities was new as it had just been open...

“Cleaners tended to neglect cleaning our room and, when cleaned, basic necessities were not refilled or replaced such as hand gel and toilet paper. Also, upon arrival, worn dirty socks were left behind, a toothbrush was found in one of the beds and some colouring pencils!? I’m confused as to why these were left behind in the bed. Also, our towels were not replaced for our entire stay of 1 week unfortunately - which is a shame. Furthermore, the breakfast was okay but it almost felt like attending...
