“In February we stayed here in a Delux Room called Toubkal. A lovely large room with dual aspect views of mountains. We returned in September 2026 and booked another DELUXE room. This room was not at all DELUXE! It was half the size and very shabby looking. Tired decor, mouldy curtains on balcony, ripped tablecloth, cracked masonry, poor quality floor tiles all in desperate need of renovation. An awful room name door plate 'Tachbart' made of a plastic sleeve with white printer paper inside,...

“Poolen så noget beskidt ud. Ingen liggestole. Morgenmaden var noget skrabet.”

“Great experience. The location is ideal if you’re heading up to Toubkal by main route. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were cheerful, extremely polite, and made me feel genuinely welcome the whole time. It really lifted the mood and made the stay special. They were also happy to prepare food for me - late, after dinner time - which was a big plus. The room was comfortable with a clean, basic, private bathroom. Everything felt well looked after and relaxing after a day on the...

We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

“This appears to be a hotel that is renting rooms prior to its grand opening meaning it’s not quite complete and there are problems with some of the construction. Beware that you may not be allowed to eat anywhere else and dinner is not included. We ended up paying for our dinner in the parking lot while we were leaving. The people are nice and the food was good, but there are probably better options, including right across the street.”

“Des belles rencontres le personnel plus que gentils des intervenants d une gentillesse merveilleuse et passionné ”

“Wow what an amazing place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the experience was authentic in every day. The dinner was also amazing.”

“Great place near the Marrakesh airport! Very friendly and attentive staff and great breakfast.”

“This was a clean, modern hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. We stayed one night to be near the airport for our early flight the next day. The large room was modern with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. The staff arranged our early morning taxi ride to the airport and even prepared a little take away breakfast for us. I would give 5 stars except for two small criticisms: the hotel was a bit difficult to find as it had no sign. Our taxi driver drove around a bit and had to...
