"Nice hotel in cool location in Basel old town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was advertised to have ac but did not and room was quite hot (they did bring fans to both of our rooms). Room itself was nice with excellent bathroom and good views of old town."

"Great welcoming staff! We arrived well before check-in and were able to drop off our bags, giving us the freedom to start exploring Basel straight away. We were also provided with a map and BaselCard on arrival, which gave us access to discounted public transport and attractions such a great bonus! The accommodation is conveniently located close to a tram stop, with trams departing every 15 minutes into the city. A great stay and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"all rooms don't have AC so you have to be careful. I had to upgrade my room because no AC do not fit me ;) They should say so when we book. We should have an option."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."
