"Room had no iron asked front desk none at all. Pool was dirty nothing like shown in photos. Homeless people all outside of hotel area. Said security thruout and never saw one. "

"The rooms are very efficiently laid out, but there is no chair or desk-ish surface to do work on. Also, the staff from front desk to housecleaning seemed annoyed by our presence; even something as simple as asking for more toilet paper (as they failed to replace the empty role when they serviced the room) got us a firm glare."

"The hotel is just tired and could use an upgrade. Everything is dark and brown which is a shame as the location is fantastic. Staff is great"

"The first couple nights were fine. The pool and pool bar were fun, the proximity to the Riverwalk was great. On the third morning, we woke up to find that the hotel was starting a renovation project. The lobby was cleared, the pool was drained, and there were construction workers and machines everywhere. Nobody warned us that this was coming. We had planned to enjoy our last full day at the pool and instead had to spend a couple hours arguing with Hilton to get compensated, which was unsuccessful. None of the hotel employees seemed to care that everyone was majorly inconvenienced. We ended up having to switch to another hotel for our last night. Sadly, I would never go back here. "

"I stayed here for a conference in the area. The property was very well maintained and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also in a pretty convenient location as well. I would definitely stay here again. "
