"The property has so much potential since it offers a vary of activities but there was no sense of direction. We found ourselves walking aimlessly, would be great to have signs around. Staffing was extremely nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the scenery was breathtaking. The Grotto pool was pretty and intimate, very unique. "
"It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. Cabin sleeps 4 but dining table has only two chairs, to eat we had to bring inside a patio table, the coffee table was a...

"Everything was great. The only issue was the added $35.00 to park in the parking garage. I would have maybe stayed elsewhere but was short on time and needed to get a room booked so I could get some work done. There was limited parking on the street but never being in this area wasn’t sure how safe my vehicle would be parked on the street. Other than that everything was excellent. "

The rooftop pool / hot tub are wonderful with great hours for someone who is staying at the hotel on business. Same with the room service which is 24 hours. All the restaurants/cafes had delicious food. All in all I would give the Fairmont Austin a perfect 10! "
