The apartment was so clean, spacious, and welcoming — with fresh towels and even extra travel amenities for us (bathroom/kitchen)! We loved our weekend here! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, making the experience even better. Totally worth it over a hotel — felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We had to be moved to another unit because of HVAC issues. The apartment was great aside from that (and the one we were moved to was also great) and the value was great. One star deducted because the communication process that was required to make the switch and generally get it dealt with was cumbersome and inconvenient, with the property management, local Landing management, and the Landing phone hotline all being less-than-perfectly coordinated (especially after hours/over the weekend), resulting in having to follow up repeatedly and spend hours on hold waiting to talk to people. If you had asked me for a rating in the midst of that it would probably be two stars, but in the end it was resolved well and the stay was good aside from that inconvenience. We would seriously consider returning in spite of that (and given the unlikely odds of needing that kind of intervention again). But hopefully they figure out how to streamline these processes in the meantime.

The apartment itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. However, the check-in process was unusually complicated and frustrating for a property booked through Expedia. To receive the access code, we had to complete multiple steps: submitting personal information for each guest, uploading a photo ID, and even agreeing to allow a credit check. On top of that, none of these requirements were clearly stated upfront. We also had to download the Landing app to access check-in details and gate codes, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Because of all these unexpected steps, we were supposed to check in at 5 p.m. but didn’t actually gain access to the apartment for several hours. If Expedia continues to allow this property to list, they should ensure that these extra requirements are made very clear to guests in advance.
