“I go away with work most weeks and this has to be up there with one of the best places I have stayed in. Would love to come back in the summer. I’ve now booked up for my third successive week. The kitchen is perfect, plenty of work space and well laid out. Bit of confusion over the microwave until I realised it was built into the oven. Maybe do with a washing machine. Great surroundings and a great place to stay.”

“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again..”

Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. ”
