The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. "A lovely hotel. Very good service by the staff. The food options were good. Hygiene and cleanliness was of very good standards. Typical challenges of a good hotel in a lower hill area. Nothing exceptional about the location but watching the Ganges flow down was serene."
