The owner did provide very detailed instructions for the entire stay, including all of the process of care for the room and shared space. While it’s necessary, it was a bit overwhelming. "This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. "

"Basic simple room in a new apparently purpose-built house about 10 minutes walk out of the old town. Don’t make the mistake we made - we thought we’d be doing hosts a favour by extending our stay directly through them only to discover that they charged us a higher nightly rate than Hotels.com. It’s strictly business here as not only did they argue with us about the rate, but they insisted on their price rather than graciously backing down and accepting the misunderstanding and benefits conferred...
