"I had very low expectations when I book this hotel. I only wanted a beach front hotel! Voi Tanka is much more than that! The resort has good facilities, lovely staff and amazing food (a lot of variety and amazing quality) ! We were in a half board option and we cannot recommend enough the food! "Our room 6 in the residence building was spacious. The bathroom was nice, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, but ran out of hot water when showering easily. Ants in the clothing cabinet and also on the floor near it and near the foot of the bed. Kitchen functional, but the only frying pan was old scratched Teflon. Stove and pan not suitable for cooking steaks. Bed not very comfortable. Hot tub near the pool did not work. Appearance of hotel is that it needs updating. Staff friendly/helpful. I sent a message to the hotel through Expedia asking if they could send my husband's swim trunks to us (forgot them in the bathroom). We would gladly pay postage. No response from the hotel. Disappointed in that."
