"Hotel staff was great, the hotel is older and it does show, everything was clean and as well maintained as could be short of a major remodel, the only major issue we had was the bed was extremely hard, I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor with some springs, the pool was nice and the restaurants are excellent, breakfast however is served in a small room off the lobby and definitely doesn't come from the restaurants, there is nowhere to set and they definitely can't handle any real volume, the hotel is well placed on the seawall and an easy walk from a large number of attractions "

"When we arrived — Isabella did a great job checking us in and letting us know what we are able to do on their property — I was definitely a wonderful greet. And also to DANIELLA - who took care of us during our stay while we enjoyed the pool! It was our first time and I have to say that I can’t wait to go back !!! It was a beautiful stay and the staff were all so wonderful !!"

"Our stay was good, even though we never got the extra towels we asked for and the cleaning staff never came by after we asked them to clean our room. We also didn’t receive a call back after someone pulled the fire alarm for the false alarm other than those things the stay was very enjoyable."

"Wonderful property grounds, location was amazing. Huge room with 2 big bedrooms and gorgeous balcony. The only negative was that they were working on the elevator so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs."
