We have stayed here multiple times. We love the location. The staff is very helpful and caring. The rooms are quite roomy for SF standards. Did not eat there, although the breakfast options did look tasty. Lots of tv's in the bar so you can't miss the game. The one knock I can come up with is the valet retrieval does take a bit of time, but it's SF, and all the parking garages are not on site. Overall, because of the location, the staff and the rooms, this is our go to place whenever we go to SF.

The hotel was a block away from pier 39. It was so easy to walk to so many places and restaurants. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and they had a nice variety of food.
