"The onsite staff went out of their way to help us move our 10 pieces of luggages and booked taxi for us, at 5 am and 11am. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. Communication was top notch. There are convenient stores on the ground level. We would stay here again."

"Before check-in, we were notified that we would be moved to another building, about 10 minutes away on foot. While the alternative accommodation wasn’t bad, we don’t believe it was equivalent to the one we originally booked. No shuttle bus was provided.
