"Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"

"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. "I really enjoyed this hotel. Right from the start, the customer service was outstanding. I was made to feel valued and my stay/comfort mattered. Each time I left/arrived at the hotel I was greeted and welcomed back. The exceptional customer service continued with breakfast staff also. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter. This was my first visit to the city and I found it a perfect place to stay and to explore from. The room/bed was comfortable also. When I left, the staff treated me like royalty. The conversation was friendly and I was as walked to my taxi and waved goodbye in the street. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any person."
