Charming Victorian building very well maintained very clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly and made the effort to even remember my name and activities during my 3-day stay. A very welcoming and charming experience. Also both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding, although the dinner was substantially more expensive than a restaurant in Hanoi but nonetheless a very enjoyable dining experience.

Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience.

What a beautiful hotel. Only stayed one night. Got upgraded free drink at the bar. After communication with the hotel from Jane for a hotel transfer, I found her to be fast at connecting and organising. The pool, bar and restaurant are top notch. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Love the fact it is in Old Town, walking distance to many,many shops and Train Street. Many sight seeing features close by. Exceptional customer service. Maybe a bit tired in certain areas, but really the important thing is that it is clean and customer service is great.
