Beautiful property. The room was spacious and had everything one needs, including extra blankets, fridge, microwave and cups, utensils , coffee and tea. I loved the courtyard with the flowers. Liz, the manager, was very helpful with my travel plans in Tasmania. She took time to show me the maps, check travels times, answer my questions. Thank you, Liz. Great to have ample parking and laundry.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to do laundry easily (even on a public holiday). The area was great…convenient, lots of restaurants/services and an easy 20-minute walk to the waterfront.

I loved our stay at this hotel! The location was great, being walking distance to the wharves area and everything you could need. It is almost next to Coles supermarket, and has a variety of restaurants on the ground level, as well as an old style, intimate pub. Parking onsite was available for us. Even though we didn't pay for 'a room with a view', from our room we could see both Mt Wellington and the water views. The hotel is on a busy road but it was surprisingly peaceful.

The room is spacious, clean and very family friendly. The staff is very helpful and respectful as well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. We had good coffees nearby as well.
