Hi we are a 3 🌟 motel we do not offer room service we service your room daily make beds etc we do offer a self serve laundry you do your own laundry wash your own clothes etc we also offer Extra heater on request as well our motel is one of the best accommodation value for money properties in Hobart as mentioned in. It served our needs perfectly with comfortable beds, mini kitchen with fridge & microwave. Good shower. Table & chairs, a/c, parking opposite our door, WiFi, quiet. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Stayed in the economy house. 3 bedroom house which was 5 minutes from the hotel. Was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. If you wanted to use the pool which was one reason we booked you will have to drive to the Hotel (~5minutes away). It had a washing machine but required payment for use. Overall pleased with booking.

Booked a 2 bedroom room however was provided with a 1 bedroom room with 2 single beds and a double in it and then the main area had a bed also including couch and kitchenette not ideal with small children not having 2 seperate room and a seperate living area.

We stayed for 6 nights. Close to all places to see in Hobart and beyond. The rooms were very clean and very functional. We would recommend this place to anyone.

It’s nothing too fancy but it was clean and well priced. Staff on check in were amazing but on checkout not much acknowledgement. Overall I was happy with it and would come back.

For accommodation on a budget it was at the higher end of what we'd expect. Clean and tidy, comfy beds, nice hot shower, not excessively noisy but what accommodation block is. For the price paid it was perfect for our 1 night stay.

Location was great. Close to everything. Approachable and friendly reception. Parking was tight, if you had a bigger car it could be a challenge. Room was a little on the dirty side. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Bathroom tiles were mouldy, the spa jets emitted brown muck into the water. No tissues and could have done more toilet paper, rather than half a roll on the hanger and 1 spare.

A clean, quiet location with exceptional access to the Hobart CBD. An older establishment, but seemingly recent room redecoration provides a modern vibe. Great value for money.

The staff were friendly and really amazing, the rooms were Motel affordable, with clean accommodation and good amenities, there is also a beautiful view, the cottage rooms are also a great place to stay. About a 20min walk to the closest shopping centre but an easy walk and easy driving distance to food and shopping locations as well.15-20 min drive to Hobart, and not far from Museums, Botanical Gardens and easy access to main road to head out to all other locations around Tassie. Can highly recommend staying at Waterfront Lodge Motel Lutana for a night or longer.

Milk provided was out of date making my 75 year old mum slightly unwell. 1st night a cockroach crawled across the carpet as I was preparing for bed. Both nights the tv turned on by itself at 3 am frightening my elderly mother and young daughter. Never again !!!
