"We stayed here for 3 nights in August. It is located within a walking distance from the main train station and the bus stops are close as well. The room was decent in size and was very nicely appointed with ample space for the wardrobe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious. There is no refrigerator or an iron in the room, but we could borrow a steamer. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Salzburg in the future."

On separate occasions, I received personal assistance from two front desk staff members and one restaurant staff member, and all of them stood out for listening attentively to my requests and helping me sincerely. The room size and breakfast were also appropriate, and I appreciated that the hotel was located right in front of the station and close to other shops."
