“The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...

“Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation.
