"My brother and I were only in town for one night, and this hotel provided everything necessary for a great stay. We arrived before check-in time and early rooms weren't available, but the staff provided luggage storage which allowed us to explore the city and check off several things before returning for our room. They also offer a 10% discount if you choose to dine at the restaurant downstairs - which we weren't necessarily planning on but caved once we smelled the food from outside (definitely recommend snagging some pizza here!). Another nice option was their wellness area which has a fitness center, sauna, and pool. However, if you aren't used to a legitimate sauna, be warned - IT'S HOTTTT. We both use the saunas offered at our gym back home, but this one was a challenge to stay in a full 10 minutes. The feeling afterward was welcomed after days of logging thousands of steps. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone needing something convenient and comfortable."

"Very clean, staff was friendly and answered any questions. Breakfast had alot of variety from eggs to pancakes. Breads , meats and cheeses. Juices and variety coffee. Rooms were nice, carpets were dull but the rest of the room was clean, spacious and fresh. One elevator out but they fixed it the next day. It happens and they reacted in a timely fashion. Close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Right next to the tram which was very nice. Parking is public, can be difficult nut free after 8 pm which eas great."

"A few staff were rude when problems were addressed as if it were the guests fault. Coffee in 3 places not working and when I asked if I can use the one working the waiter got furious with me because he though I was coming in for breakfast after 10 am. God forbid I ask a question. Parking is terrible. Lot is always full. $22 a day to park which is absurd for guests. Other 4 and 5 star hotels comp or charge half. Current hotel in Berlin I am at is 4 to 5 star and parking is free. Breakfast is ok. Nothing speacial. Scrambled eggs, bread, beans and sausage. Some deli meats."
