客室以外は食事も施設も満足でしたが、客室については清掃が行き届いていなかったり、そもそも1泊分の清掃が漏れていたり、清掃時に私物を廃棄されたりと、信じがたい質のサービスもありました。 清掃については外部委託されているようですが、委託先を見直すなど管理徹底いただいたいです。 客室の質で評価を落としてもったいないなとおもいました。
