Katatrophales Erlebnis; Hotel war überbucht und mein Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Personal gestresst und Chef nicht erreochbar. Keine Hilfe, keine Ersatzunterbringung, wie das Hotel verpflichtet wäre obwohl anscheinend teurere Zimmer frei waren. Nach über 1000km Fahrt kein gutes Erlebnis
