โSuch a lovely place. Felt welcomed. The room was cozy and clean. And in the morning, they prepared some drinks and breads. I remember the staff Kiki, she was so friendly and attentive. โ
โThereโs โunique,โ and then thereโs Gold-Diggers, a five star boutique hotel above a sound studio and small venue night club. Music is the theme! Vinyl turntable in room. vinyl house gift too, along with drink tokens and access to whatever show is happening downstairs. Incredibly helpful staff, but be prepared, the staff is also working the sound studio and everyone goes home at 6pm. After that youโre on your own, more like a high end hip guest house than a hotel.

โI LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! The front desk clerks, Johann and Robert are excellent and kind. Robert took his time to go to the corner sweet shop to break a bill so I could tip the housekeeping staff. Speaking of housekeeping, there is not one speck of dirt or dust in these rooms, not even on the top of the headboard which is a spot often overlooked and a pet peeve of mine. This is my go to hotel for any visit to LA. I highly recommend it. โ
โThis is my second time staying here. I love this place. Iโve only had good experiences here. Itโs very clean. Well kept the staff is very nice. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable very convenient and close to freeways restaurants bars, etc. etc. Iโll be continuing to frequent this place. I havenโt tried the pool yet from what I hear is the pool is heated and warm. Itโs always looked clean to me when I see it. Also, there is a bar downstairs attached to the hotel that is very dark...
โThe Whiskey Hotel is a new property with comforting, well designed rooms, super convenient location off Hollywood Blvd and a standout staff that delivers. The rooftop breakfast is a nice perk to fuel your day. I do think having bacon or sausage links would make it perfect tho. โThe property is located close to most tourist areas and since it was my first time in LA that was great. The place is nice and the staff is very responsive. The only thing is if you rent a car and would like to park it in the premises, call them as soon as you make a reservation to reserve a parking spot; other wise you have to park about 2 blocks away in another private parking. โ
