“The rooms are incredibly tired and worse, dirty. I initially thought the room I checked into wasn’t ready as there was a bare doona on the bed without a cover. I realised that they only have sheets and pillowcase and the doona has no cover. I opened the fridge and immediately had to shut it because the of the smell of rancid milk.
