The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the beach and the Telefrique. Close to bars, restaurants and the casino. "I booked the hotel because of the sea view, however the room i received had no sea view. There's a fish restaurant right next to the hotel, so the rooms at that side of the hotel smell like fish. The staff was more than generous to offer me an upgrade to a different room. Finally, the 2nd reason we booked this hotel was because breakfast was included in the package, however, no breakfast was available at the property."

"The location and view is amazing, beds are comfortable and you have access to the pool anytime you like, staff are amazing and so friendly, just bathroom the shower area needs to be renovated. Over all excellent experience "

"The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, extremely dirty place. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever unless you want to be bitten by bed bugs and have them charge you an extra night for an early check-in of a few hours. Very materialistic experience. Even charged me for a towel that fell on their dirty floor and I used to clean up their own dust. Never again."
