"We love everything about this hotel. It is clean, the staff are great, and the breakfasts are delicious. This was our second stay and we upgraded to a bigger room, with a settee, which made being in the room even more comfortable.
The bed was huge.
There is air conditioning, but we preferred to turn it off and open the windows.
We were right next to the lift, but we heard no noise from it.
The bathroom was more than adequate with a powerful shower, and there was always hot water. The toiletries are also of good quality.
The public areas are clean and the tea and coffee facilities are great.
The hotel is also close to the Hauptbahnhof, trams, underground and Sbahn, great for getting from, and to, the airport. It is also an easy 20 minute walk to the Marion Platz.
It was overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only thing I was disappointed with was a scheme they run, where if you don't get your room cleaned everyday they give you a ten Euro voucher. Last year we paid part of our breakfast bill with them. This year we were only allowed to use them at the bar. Unfortunately we didn't realise this until we were leaving, so we lost out on almost eighty Euros. I suppose you could argue that we should have read the scheme more carefully, but as every other thing in the hotel remained exactly the same, we assumed this had too. We got two small bottles of juice to drink on our homeward journey. Next time I think we'll just get our room cleaned more!"
